Stream Overview
The International Education Stream provides a direct pathway from education to permanent residence, with no job offer required for most applicants.

- Spouses eligible for open work permits during studies
- Quarterly EOI draws with publicly posted results
Eligibility Requirements
Your program must be at a designated Manitoba institution and be at least 1 academic year in duration.

- Universities — All degree-granting universities in Manitoba
- Colleges & Polytechnics — Diploma/certificate programs of 1+ year
- Technical Institutes — Advanced diplomas in technology, IT, health sciences
