How long does the MPNP process take?

From EOI submission to nomination, the process typically takes 6 to 18 months depending on application completeness and program volumes.

Do I need a job offer to apply?

The Skilled Worker – Manitoba pathway requires current employment. The Overseas pathway requires an LMIA-supported job offer. The International Education Stream generally does not require a job offer.

Can my family members be included?

Yes. Spouses or common-law partners and dependent children may be included. All family members must be declared at the time of application.

What language tests are accepted?

For English: IELTS or CELPIP-General. For French: TEF Canada or TCF Canada. Results must be less than 2 years old at the time of submission.

Does the MPNP charge fees for inquiries?

No. The MPNP does not charge fees for information or initial inquiries. Application processing fees apply only after a complete application is submitted.
